Well, let me introduce myself!
Hey there, I'm Nicky, the brain behind Tiny Zen Gardens... So welcome!
Here is a little bit of my back story. I have had multiple successful business in the past, but Tiny Zen Gardens [TZG] is absolutely a passion of mine! I am a plant lover and enjoy nothing more than getting into the garden and getting my hands dirty, but due to illness that has become a challenge. So, I decided to garden on a smaller scale which led me to making terrariums and miniature gardens in pots. I started this back in 2015 in Canberra, however just as it was starting to take off, I unfortunately had a few more life changers, you know how it is life throws you a few curveballs along the way. So, after a difficult divorce and spinal surgery I decided it was time for a sea change, so here I am on the south coast of Australia living my best life, in my happy place! Still have health issues, but doing what I love makes it easier to live with.
Thats where TZG comes in... Making in my happy place means all is crafted with the most love and passion in everything I create.
On days that my mind and body allows me, I love to build terrariums, propagate plants, tinker in my garden, move my indoor plants around, and really just all things planty. On days that my pain has flared up I enjoy designing clothes and accessories with quirky plant related images.
